Innovation Roadmap
With a three-year horizon (through 2027), our Innovation Roadmap defines the priority innovation domains and strategic innovation practices for our company.
It establishes a governance structure focused on evaluating, prioritizing, and executing projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Initiatives are organized according to their relevance and maturity, distributed across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, based on the innovation funnel logic.
