We are a Brazilian energy transmission company that operates in the expansion of the National Interconnected System

We were born to be the link between electricity generation, distribution and consumption centers, bringing quality and progress wherever we go. We are a group committed to achieving the best result considering the economic, social and environmental aspects.

We were founded in 2016 by Pátria Investimentos, leading manager in alternative investments and pioneer in Private Equity in Brazil. In 2020, after the departure of the founding partners, we were acquired by the company formed by Grupo Energía de Bogotá and Red Eléctrica de España.

Leadership

André Moreira

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

André Moreira has over 35 years of leadership experience, extensive knowledge in corporate governance, and solid international experience. In 2023, he was named one of the 100 most influential professionals in the Brazilian Power Sector in the People and Management category, based on research focused on the power market conducted by Grupo Mídia. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI-MG) and a postgraduate degree in Quality from the State University of Campinas (IMECC). He has an MBA from AmBev University (Brahma) and an MBA in Public and Private Company Management from Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP).

Simone Borsato

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Simone Borsato has over 30 years of experience in financial operations, controlling/accounting, M&A and IR. In 2016, Simone was awarded "CFO of the Year" by the IBEF-Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives. She graduated in Business Administration from PUC-SP, MBA from FGV, Post-MBA from Saint Paul and she has specializations from IMD, Fundação Dom Cabral, Ohio University, Columbia University and IBGC.

Alexandre Fontes

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Alexandre Fontes who has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, is responsible for the implementation of more than 1,800 km of Transmission Lines, and of 17 Substations. He graduated in Industrial Engineering from FEI and has an MBA from FGV.

Grupo Energía de Bogotá is a Latin American multinational with over 120 years of existence. Leader in the energy and natural gas sector, present in Colombia, Peru, Guatemala and Brazil. Currently, its portfolio has a stake in more than 14,000 kilometers of transmission lines, 4,000 kilometers of gas pipelines and 3.5 MW of installed capacity.

Redeia

Redeia carries out its international development through its subsidiary Redinter, which has managed electricity transmission networks in South America for over 20 years.

Redeia, through its subsidiary Red Eléctrica, is the only transmitter and system operator (TSO) in Spain since 1985 with more than 44,000 km of lines, including international interconnections with France, Morocco and Portugal. Additionally, Redeia, through its different telecommunications subsidiaries, is the main neutral operator of fiber optic infrastructures in Spain (Reintel) and one of the main satellite operators in the world (Hispasat).

In Peru, Redinter is the main transmission company in the south of the country, where it has been present since 1999 and manages 1,686 km of lines. In Chile, it has been present since 2016 and manages 1,729 km of lines.
